"The accessibility of drugs in our community today is alot more than it was 10 to 15 years ago," Lybert cautioned. "You can walk up to anybody in any hallway and get whatever you want."

Elizabeth's parents enrolled her in Lake Country Lutheran High School to avoid the drugs they thought permeated the public schools. But by the time she was a sophomore, she and some of her classmates were shooting cocaine.
